About this app

The pet health record your vet actually wants to see.

When your dog goes off their food or your cat starts acting strange, the hard
part isn't knowing that something is off. It's knowing how soon it matters,
and remembering the details three days later in an exam room.

PawDoc helps with both.

DESCRIBE IT, AND GET A NEXT STEP
Type what you're seeing, or add a photo. You get one of four clear answers —
get help now, call your vet today, book a routine visit, or watch and re-check
— with a timeframe, and a specific list of signs that mean it's time to
escalate.

PawDoc will never tell you your pet is fine. It tells you what to watch for
and when to act. When there isn't enough information to say, it says that
instead of guessing.

EMERGENCY HELP, FREE AND OFFLINE
A red button on every screen. It works with no signal and no account: five
step-by-step first-aid guides (choking, heavy bleeding, seizure, a swollen
hard belly, overheating), one tap to find a nearby emergency vet in your maps
app, and tap-to-dial poison control.

Emergency help is free on every plan, is never counted against any allowance,
and is never behind a payment screen. That is enforced on our servers, not
just in the app.

ASK THE ASSISTANT
Everyday pet-life questions — food, behaviour, travel, what to expect at a
first vaccination. Answers come from an AI model, are labelled as such, and
are general information rather than veterinary advice.

WHAT'S FREE, FOREVER
Emergency help. Symptom checks by text, with no limit. Every pet, every health
record, every reminder, the vet-prep pack and the timeline. An optional
Premium subscription lifts three counted allowances (photo checks, journal
entries, assistant messages) and adds a printable PDF health report. Price and
terms are shown by Google Play before you buy anything, and you can cancel in
Google Play at any time.

ABOUT YOUR DATA
Your account, your pets and your records are stored on our servers, tied to
your account and sent over an encrypted connection. Photos you attach to a
check are uploaded so they can be looked at — location and camera metadata are
stripped from them on your phone first. You can delete your account and
everything in it from inside the app, in two taps. We do not sell your data
and there are no ads.

WHAT PAWDOC IS NOT
PawDoc is an information and record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device.
It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, it does not name
what your pet has, and it is not a substitute for examination by a licensed
veterinarian. No veterinarian reviews what it tells you. If you think this is
