pathetic service. they cut sales tax with room rent of 16% on card and online payment and the actual tax on online transactions is 6%. I'm ok with it but after that they refuse to share the sale tax invoice. they are doing tax fraud with people. charging extra tax and not giving sale tax invoices to the clients. after that on my demand of sale tax invoice the behavior of hotel management was very bad and unprofessional. very bad behavior very bad services very pathetic and unprofessional

Keeps crashing. Tried reinstalling, still same. It appears to be happening globally, my friends in other countries get the same. Have emailed the developer, even phone main PC phone number, nobody is interested getting it resolved. They must be missing out on bookings because Nobody can use the app.

Trying to connect to the app but it's not working. Says, “No hotels are found” What does it mean? This app is not connected to any of their hotels? Moreover, there behaviors are not like of a five star chain. They don't even bother about the negative reviews or the feedback about them. Even a “Rehri Wala” cares about their clients and behaves nicely to them 😡
