HOW TO ACTIVATE THE APP:
To use the isi app, you need an activation code from your health insurance provider.
There are two ways to obtain the code from your health insurance provider:
Option 1 - Existing diagnosis: Submit proof of your diagnosis of "Premenstrual Syndrome" (ICD-10: N94.3) to your health insurance provider.
Option 2 - Prescription from a doctor: If you do not have proof of diagnosis or your health insurance provider does not accept it, you can have your doctor issue you a prescription. You can then submit this prescription to your health insurance provider.
With both options, you will receive a code from your health insurance provider, which you enter into the isi app. The isi app is activated with this code for three months from the date of activation. The app will inform you before the three months expire that you will soon need a new prescription to continue using the isi app. To do this, send a new prescription to your health insurance provider or request a new activation code.
Sounds a bit complicated? Don't worry – the isi app has an activation assistant that will help you request the code from your health insurance provider!
