Ratings and reviews

There are endless issues, especially when entering correct information only for it to fail, or when the data doesn't update automatically. The problem I'm facing is that other restaurants show up while the one I'm actually at is missing. The solution is simple: at least add a 'pull-to-refresh' feature and a feedback section. This app is a total nerve-shredder.

Updating an app is supposed to fix bugs, yet this update brought even more bugs. The student residence card does not appear, and I cannot make meal reservations because of it. This issue has affected many other students as well. It has been more than three days, and nothing has changed. how can this whole system be made OBLIGATORY for students when it does not even function PROPERLY?

If I could, I'd give this terrible app a 0! It's everything beside an app! nothing works normally and everytime you try to use it you have to log in again. And see your luck if it logs you in or shows an error somehow! Just TERRIBLE it's a shame to my phone to install some app like this if it wasn't just obligatory!
