A lot of bugs are in here : logging out by himself , shows that credentials are wrong while they are right , blocks randomly with no data to show and more and more .you gotta pay more for the developers to so they can improve the app , or just simply change them .

Is it conceivable that in a country like this, this application is so useless and cumbersome? Is it possible that there isn't a single skilled programmer in all of Algeria who can fix these errors, and that there's no oversight regarding the scoring and marking?

The worst app on the face of the earth. It never works properly. It opens, then closes, then crashes, then says "connection error." Don't download it at all. It's the Stone Age of Algeria.
