Just started havent gotten to far yet so no results just yet but will come back and review later..edit...added one star for customer interaction lol but still too early for me to review product

Doesn't work. just get an impassable white screen with a video (?) playing behind it or something. tried multiple aspect ratios

The REM sleep alerts helped me a ton to lucid dream, I've had 3 so far and I haven't lucid dreamed since I was a kid.
