Pull It Together is a training platform for athletes and the coaches who
programme for them. Athletes follow their strength and conditioning work, log
what they actually lifted, and track how they are feeling week to week. Coaches
see all of it in one place.
FOR ATHLETES
• Follow your S&C programme — every session your coach has assigned, with
prescribed sets, reps and loads.
• Log what you lifted, set by set, and tick sessions off as you complete them.
• Rehab programmes appear in their own tab when your coach has you on one, with
the same logging and a full history of previous sessions.
• Set goals and track your progress against them.
• Daily monitoring for mood, stress, anxiety and confidence, so patterns show up
before they turn into problems.
• Menstrual cycle tracking alongside your training, for athletes who want to see
the two together.
• Progress charts and personal bests that update as you log.
• Written reflections you can look back through.
FOR COACHES
• Build S&C programmes and assign them to individuals or whole groups.
• See squad-wide completion at a glance, with a ring for every athlete and one
for the squad as a whole.
• Open any athlete to see their programme, what they have completed, and the
loads they logged.
• Assign rehab programmes, and flag athletes in and out of rehab.
• Report across your squad, searchable by exercise.
• Schedule sessions and manage groups.
HOW IT WORKS
Your club sets up a team and invites you. Athletes join with a code; coaches
manage their squads from the same app. Everything an athlete logs is visible to
their own coaches, and to nobody else.
PRIVACY
Your training and wellbeing data belongs to you. We do not sell it and we do not
share it with advertisers. There are no ads and no analytics trackers in the app
at all. You can delete your account, or individual parts of your data, at any
time from your profile.
