PullSheet helps qualified elevator mechanics work through symptoms and keep a record of what they find.
Describe the problem in your own words, review possible causes, record your observations, and narrow the diagnosis as you gather evidence.

Elevators, freight elevators, escalators, moving walks, LULA elevators, and dumbwaiters.
DIAGNOSE, HOW-TO, AND CALCULATE
Ask about a symptom, a procedure, or a calculation. Reports lead with the likely cause inferred from your equipment and symptoms, followed by checks and optional follow-up questions. Mark each check confirmed good or problem found, record meter readings against the spec, and narrow the next answer with what you found.
VOICE AND LOGBOOK
Dictate a question or have a report read aloud. Save diagnoses, findings, and resolutions in your logbook, reopen a previous session, and export a PDF cut sheet with the job and unit numbers. Saved reports remain available offline. New AI requests require an internet connection, and a request made without signal is saved and finishes when you have one.
GLOVE MODE AND THE HOME SCREEN
Glove mode reads each answer aloud when it lands, with a pulse you can feel through gloves. Home screen widgets start a new diagnosis, show your last logbook entry, and keep a safety reminder in view. A running diagnosis shows its progress in your notifications while you work.
YOUR ACCOUNT, OPTIONAL
Sign in to keep your logbook backed up and with you on a new phone, and add a passkey once you are signed in. Everything else works without an account.
EXISTING PULLSHEET CUSTOMERS
This update replaces the earlier PullSheet app. Your Google Play subscription carries over, and your saved logbook is brought across the first time you open it. If you subscribed on the web, sign in to your existing PullSheet account to check access and recover your old account logbook.

Answers are generated by AI and can be incorrect. Verify them against the equipment, approved manufacturer documentation, applicable safety requirements, and your own training. PullSheet does not replace a qualified mechanic's judgment and does not provide instructions to bypass safety circuits.
