QaiS is the workspace where your whole team gets work done. Messaging, projects, customers, and back office live in one app instead of a dozen.

Every company gets its own private QaiS workspace. Open the app, pick your workspace (or point it at your company's own server), and everything your team runs on is in one place:

• Messaging and channels: direct messages, group channels, threads, and shared files, so conversations stay with the work.
• Tasks and projects: assign work, track progress, and keep projects moving.
• CRM: leads, lead scoring, customers, vendors, and contacts, with the full history in one view.
• Finance: invoices, bills, purchase orders, expenses, and contracts, with approvals built in.
• People and HR: team directory, time tracking, timesheets, and leave requests.
• Tickets and support: track requests from your customers or your own team.

QaiS is also the name of the built-in AI assistant, the Chief of Staff agent for your team. Ask it to draft a message, summarize a project, find a customer, or pull together a report, right where you already work. It takes action too: it schedules, files, and follows up.
