don't even bother to submit a claim using the app. it is a waste of time, after you spend time uploading all doc it will fail show a very generic error. then u will try to connect with customer service agent using WhatsApp which will most likely take a couple of hours to respond back, your last resort is the call center, again if you are lucky someone will pick up ur call.

never ever to use this company for any cars especially if you're car is new,, they just scamers,, very expensive reat,, bluffing with Installment system,, after 3rd year they refuse to renew full insurance,, and if you have accident they also may not cover you,, there app is the worst,, they even steal your credit card data without your approval or informing and they cut off amount from it,, don't use it ppl,,

Very poor experience with the garage QIC sent me in, I was directed here by Qatar Insurance Company, but the quality of work is unacceptable.he paint job is substandard. I paid 150 QAR trusting them for polishing complete liers, i made them do corrections on the spot. The car was left outside, and exposure to rain and dust made the condition worse. The side mirror they installed vibrates badly, showing poor fitting, is also concerning that they did not have a functioning OBD machine.
