Rebound is an app designed to support you in your trauma and PTSD recovery journey.
After trauma, our brains and bodies can get stuck in Survival Mode, leaving us feeling on high alert, anxious, easily triggered, numb, and disconnected. Our brains and bodies can feel like the trauma is still happening, long after it's over.
Rebound helps your brain and body get out of Survival Mode by guiding you through Storytelling Sessions that help you reprocess your underlying traumatic memories. As you regain control of your nervous system, you'll find yourself better prepared to access deeper levels of healing.
Rebound was built by a team of trauma survivors and psychologists with the goal of making effective trauma recovery accessible to everyone. You can use Rebound on its own or with therapy, at any stage in your healing journey.
