About this app

Recetable works out what each of your recipes actually costs, and tells you what to charge so you stop losing money.

If you sell cakes, bread, catering or prepared food, you have probably priced something by feel, or fought with a spreadsheet that never quite adds up. Recetable does that math for you, down to the last gram.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Add your ingredients with the price and package size you actually buy.
2. Build the recipe with the amounts you really use.
3. See the cost per serving and the suggested price for your margin.

WHAT YOU GET

• Auditable cost breakdown: see where every cent comes from
• Automatic unit conversion: kilos to grams, litres to millilitres
• Labour by the hour, using your own rate
• Extra costs: gas, packaging, delivery
• Suggested price based on the margin you set
• Price history per ingredient, with an alert when it goes up
• Reports: average margin, most-used ingredients, recipes that need a new price
• Order book with delivery date, status and whether you have been paid
• Quotes ready to send over WhatsApp
• Multi-currency, with your own exchange rates
• Full backup and spreadsheet export (CSV)
• Works offline
