I don't have any problem with App so far, but the bikes have serious problems. I've tried so far 6 bikes and they were all damaged (noise, broken parts, missing helmets) . I think it's not normal at all. They probably have serious operational problem, otherwise %100 damage rate shows something is seriously wrong there. And it's really annoying , you walk a lot to reach one of them, and you see it's missing helmets, again and again. And every time they expect you to take a pic to show them.

It's been great! Until about ten days ago. When I try to end a ride, it asks me to take a picture of the parked scooter and the in-app camera pops up. However, no matter how many times I tap the button to take a picture, it won't respond. So now I have to take and send a picture manually to support, while the timer keeps going. It's been ten rides now and it sucks. Really hope this gets fixed very soon.

The scooters are awesome. But the app freezes sometimes, leaving us with a helmet on hands and a frozen scooter. When reaching out the support, we should receive a message someone is online and will answer in minutes. Anyway, Check is very handy and I recommend it to my friends.
