RoutineFlow is an ADHD planner and organizer that puts your success on autopilot by building a consistent daily routine with you. With this routine timer you can not only create a morning routine but organize your schedule for the entire week.

I wish that there were more free opportunities within the app for users who cannot afford the monthly or yearly subscription. While I understand and respect the need for funding of the app, I wish that free users could schedule more than just one routine per day. Besides that, the app is fantastic~ 5 stars. It's easy to stay on track with your goals, and I love the immersive mode where it plays relaxing focus music for you while completing your tasks.

This app is so intuitive. There were prompts I didn't realize would be so helpful to keep myself accountable and motivated to continue my routines. The music that plays is also so soothing. Sometimes, I mute it when I want quiet time, but when doing monotonous tasks like a cleaning routine, it helps me zone out and be in tune with my body.

This app is so useful! It gives me an actually useful estimate of when I'll be done with my routine, and it keeps me on track so I'm not dawdling. I hope at some point there will be the option to change the notification ringtone, or to have the app notify on my watch, but that would be a "nice-to-have", and this app is already incredible.
