RoutineFlow is a routine planner and ADD/ADHD organizer that puts your success on autopilot by helping you build a daily schedule to make you more productive. With this routine timer you can not only create a morning routine but plan your schedule for the entire week. All routines that you have are context dependent. That’s why RoutineFlow helps you build on existing good habits or lets you overwrite bad habits by setting a context for each routine. You always know what’s happening before your routine which is really important for your focus especially if you have problems as an ADHD adult or with maintaining a consistent daily schedule.

No nonsense-doesn't expect you to hook up your entire Google calendar just to put together a first routine. Has decent templates to start from in case you open the thing and your brain just blanks. Ran into a couple of glitches, emailed the dev and they got fixed right away. I already HAD a morning routine and this cuts the time I spend on it in half because I'm not staring at the wall trying to remember what I was doing next. edit: needs a way to turn off sounds.

I like this app a lot but I wish you could see an overview of all of your tasks in one view of the week and wish you could swipe. The 'do task later' doesn't work, it just stays on the screen instead of the option to add it to a later block. Also, you can't go back and tick off repeated tasks from a previous day if you didn't have a chance to tick off at the time. The app has a lot of potential, but I think I'll have to cancel my sub because it's not ux friendly yet...

A really nice tool for getting things done/staying on task. The free version gives you 1 routine to customize however you want, along with basic analytics. Subscription gives you as many routines as your heart desires, along with the entire set of analytics. (which I haven't used all of yet) So far I like how useful this is in terms of getting things done, not just as a timed reminder, but also as an interactive list so that I don't forget anything.
