Worst app I've ever used in my entire life. Won't let me log into my existing account, and won't let me create a new one cus my email is already being used for the account that doesn't work?!!! Also incredibly slow and agonizing to use. If there were a lesser rate than one, I'd give it to you. Disappointing.

I paid a $10 subscription to activate the Sarhne plus, and the amount was successfully deducted from my bank card. However, the feature has not been activated, and the system keeps prompting me to pay again. This is unacceptable, and I request immediate resolution or a refund. Please address this issue promptly

After the last update, all my messages since 2021 disappeared. I cannot contact support unless I pay, which is unfair after data loss caused by the update. Please advise how to recover my data.
