Most screen time tools hand you a pile of numbers and leave you to work out what they mean. This one tells you what actually changed.
Open it and your whole day is on one screen: total time, how far through your goal you are, how many times you picked the phone up, when you started and when you last put it down. Underneath that, plain sentences instead of statistics. "Communication took 1h 17m less than yesterday." "You are 18m behind yesterday's pace, in a good way." Numbers you can act on, written the way a person would say them.
WHAT YOU GET
Today at a glance
Your screen time, your progress against your goal, pickups, first use and last use, all above the fold. No digging.
What changed
The app compares today against yesterday at the same point in the day, so a morning check is judged against yesterday morning, not against a whole finished day. That is the difference between a fair comparison and a scary one.
Where the time went
Every app you opened with the time it really took, grouped into categories, plus an hour by hour chart showing your busiest stretch of the day.
Trends over a week or a month
Daily average, your lightest and heaviest days, how often you hit your goal, and what shifted compared with the period before.
Goals and limits
Set a daily screen time goal you can actually hit, and cap individual apps or whole categories. One quiet notification when a limit is reached. Never more than one per limit per day.
Optional check ins
Ask for a silent note every 30 minutes, hour or two hours of screen time. It counts time on screen, not the clock, so it stays quiet when the phone is down and never wakes you at four in the morning.
Focus sessions
Pick 15, 25, 45 or 60 minutes, put the phone down, and see how many times you reached for it anyway.
PRIVACY
There is no account and no sign up. There is no server. There are no trackers and no analytics. The app has no internet permission at all, so your usage history cannot leave the device even by accident. It is a database file on your phone, and deleting the app deletes it.
See where your day really goes. Screen time in plain words, all on your phone.
