The service is amazing but this app is terrible. It simply does not work most of the time. Constant loading messages that just won't clear and no easy access to your account or prior orders. It feels like it's just a rapper for a terrible website. however, the one time I was able to actually place an order, it showed up quickly and it was easy to exchange. I just wish there was a better way than using this terrible app

love the service not the app. the app almost never presents a quick 1 click order experience. I usually have to at least re-log in. sometimes I'm logged in but I have no saved info and it prompts me to do the first order survey (logging out and back in fixes this). other times it just freezes and I have to force close and then log in. this app will work well for me when I just open it and it's ready to place the same order I always place.

This app is a bit too basic. You're not able to select multiple quantities. There's no menu option to navigate. And it seems to keep refreshing while you're using it, which is super annoying. That's great that I can save a buck on canister exchange, but they really make me work for that extra dollar. This is in serious need of an update.
