For millions of people getting to sleep at night is a frustrating process. sleeperAgent is a tool that can assist people in going to sleep faster. The process is quite simple, you choose a youtube media from your browser (a podcast, audio book, or something similar - not music/song). You then choose a starting play point, a total length of how long it should play (ie 30 minutes), then a high and low volume level. You get into your optimal sleeping position, click play, close your eyes and actively, not passively, listen to the playback, while counter intuitive, it is important to listen. As the media plays the volume will slowly lower to your low setting before ending. Hopefully, you will be asleep before that happens. Over time you can try different settings and media types that work for you. You may need to try different set ups to find the optimal one.
