The app is based on the nudge theory developed by economist and Nobel Prize laureate Richard Thaler, which suggests that every person benefits from gentle external encouragement for more effective work and life.
This idea is implemented technically through gamification and digital creative mechanics:
Global Challenge — participants unite in the app to take on a common challenge. The app tracks each person’s contribution in real time and shows how the team is progressing toward the goal.
Personal Challenges — individual tasks that help each user achieve personal victories and experience the satisfaction of an active lifestyle.
Corporate Sports Events — app mechanics allow participants from different regions and countries to join a single sports event.
The platform also supports the creation of a unified system for holding international corporate sporting events, ensuring coordination of the activities of clubs, associations, federations, and organizations for participation in international competitions. This function is developed in cooperation with ADCS (Association for the Development of Corporate Sports).
One of the key international initiatives supported by the platform is The Second World Corporate Games 2025 — a large-scale event where business and sports combine in a unique format.
Its main feature is live interaction: instead of standard negotiations, teamwork, leadership, and strategy are tested in sports arenas — not in offices.
