The product links shown on Facebook are not working properly. When I click on a particular product, instead of taking me directly to that product page, it redirects me to the app’s home page. It would be much more convenient if the link opened the exact product I clicked on.

Overall, the website is good, but there are a few things that could be improved: - Each product should have a unique product/code number so that we can easily search for the product using the code and place an order. - Customer reviews and user-uploaded photos would be very helpful, especially for products where appearance and quality matter. - Some products need more detailed descriptions, including specifications, material, size, usage, etc. - A clear return policy should be mentioned

I m so happy about their customer service, and their support in helping the customer with their issues. Recently i had a problem in the product ordered and it was non returnable product. even though they helped me refunded the full amount. Thank u to Monishree from customer service she was so kind and friendly.
