Excellent. User friendly. Keep it up. A small request. while browsing the details of items this app is not going back to from where we started instead it's starting from the top while displaying the items again. we have to scroll down...number of times to check the balance items. This is to be corrected. Our area is so much populated big online platforms like Big basket, Flipkart, Jio Mart etc having their own big warehouse facilities... you too can have like them here in your future plans.

I ordered some plastic containers for my kitchen. Products are in good quality , packaging was very good lastly and my favorite thing is they also put their "kattapai" I didn't expected and I love it.

Very disappointing first experience. My COD order invoice clearly showed ₹237, but the delivery partner asked ₹260 claiming “extra charges not updated in the app.” He refused to show any proof or receipt. Later annachy support confirmed the correct amount was ₹237, but still asked for payment proof and told me to contact the logistics company. For cash COD, customers won’t have proof obviously. The issue isn’t about ₹23, it’s the lack of accountability and proper support.
