I got a voucher code to be used on my next purchase, but it didn't work after 34 days.. it turned that you can't use it after 30 days, although it was not mentioned when i received the voucher code message.. no body reads terms and policy. Thus, i didn't get another one instead of the expired one... if they care about retaining customers, not only profit, they should understand their customer rights.

if you order 12 items , 10 will not be available ! then why you need to go for an online app ! there has to be a linked function to check availability of items , the map of delivery was available for me one time in 20 times I ordered ! why there is delivery map functionality if your drivers are not activating them .. delivery takes hours and I can't anticipate when they are coming , so if u need something urgently forget about it being delivered in time ..

I order 50aed amount and I used voucher to less 15aed it became 35 but the adcoop staff call me that my 1 item is not available, I can only have 2 choices to replace it but I told him to cancel that item. and after they delivered to me they deduct me the normal price, the voucher is gone, no one inform me, better to replace it. and there is no option for return. and the customer service is not helping too. 😡😡😡 worst application evahh
