Not loving the new Lulu App. Not an upgrade, its harder to use, and no added features. No way to specify the type of item you want when buying fresh foods. Ex) cheese: I want sliced or shredded, packed a certain way, no way to ask for it! The competitor's app allows me to make a note directly on the item to say exactly what I need. Ex)coffee beans ground on #4, or my cheese shredded in two 500g boxes. Also not accepting credit cards on delivery! I hate waiting for the refund on canceled items!

App useless. I always had to deal with a slow search functionality. On top of that, a couple of weeks back, after filling my cart, I was not able to purchase. kept giving an error. Now, I have it another chance and the menu is slow plus whrn looking at my cart is empty (as expected since I hadn't add anything) and the total amount was 40 dirhams. Serious issues. Will never use this app.

The Lulu app is slow and frequently freezes. Cart syncing between the app and website is broken, with items showing out of stock on one platform and in stock on the other. Out-of-stock items can still be added to the cart and must be removed manually. Worse, paid items are sometimes removed before delivery without notice and later marked out of stock. Promotions are often unavailable. Overall, the experience is unreliable, misleading, and extremely frustrating.
