An ALS diagnosis changes everything. TENOS walks with you, your loved ones, and your care team — so you can spend the time that matters on what truly counts.

TRACK YOUR SYMPTOMS
Record how you're doing — respiratory function, mobility, weight and more. Build an overview of your documented values that you can share with your care team. See how your values develop over weeks and months.

QUESTIONNAIRES
Regular short questionnaires help you document your progression — physical and emotional. ALSFRS-R, PHQ-9, GAD-7, WHO-5 and daily check-ins. Results are summarized and can be shared with your care team.

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
Keep track of your medications with reminders and a simple log. Tablets, capsules, drops, patches, inhalation — whatever the form, the app handles it.

YOUR DATA BELONGS TO YOU
Everything is end-to-end encrypted. No one but you can read your data — not even us. You decide who gets access: share data with your neurologist, involve your caregivers, or donate anonymized data to research — voluntary and revocable at any time.

WORKS OFFLINE
The app stores everything on your device. When you're back online, data syncs automatically — encrypted and secure. Use the app on phone and tablet, your data stays in sync across all devices.

DISCOVER CLINICAL TRIALS
Your ALS clinic can make current clinical trials visible directly in the app. Filter by phase, intervention type and location, and express your interest right from the app.

FOR EVERYONE ON THIS JOURNEY
ALS doesn't just affect one person. TENOS connects patients, caregivers, physicians and nurses. Caregivers can help with documentation, physicians gain access to documented values between visits.
