About this app

Tezly connects people who need to send a parcel with travelers who are already heading that way. Instead of paying courier prices, your package travels in the spare luggage space of a verified traveler on a trip they were making anyway.

SENDING A PARCEL
Post your shipment in a couple of minutes: pickup and drop-off points, date, parcel category, weight and a photo. Verified travelers on matching routes send you offers. Compare them, chat with the traveler, agree on a price and hand over your package.

You set the price, or leave it open and let travelers bid. Tezly never takes a cut of the delivery fee.

TRAVELING? TURN YOUR TRIP INTO INCOME
Already flying, driving or taking the train somewhere? Post your trip with your route, date and how much weight you can carry. Senders along your route will find you, or you can bid on shipments yourself. Your empty luggage space becomes extra income on a journey you were making anyway.

VERIFIED PEOPLE, DOCUMENTED DELIVERIES
Trust is built into every step:

- Identity verification is mandatory. Every user completes government ID checks with liveness and face matching before they can post a listing or send an offer.
- Photo proof at every handover. The sender photographs the parcel before listing it; the traveler photographs it at pickup and again at delivery. These records cannot be edited.
- Step-by-step tracking. Photo approved, picked up, in transit, arrived, delivered, confirmed. You get a notification at every stage.
- Two-way ratings. Senders and travelers rate each other after every delivery, so reputation is earned and visible.
- Prohibited items are listed clearly and must be acknowledged before publishing. No sealed parcels: both sides see what is being carried.
- Report and block tools, plus a dispute process if something goes wrong.

Tezly is made for routes between countries, where courier prices hurt the most. Documents, personal belongings, small electronics, gifts, clothing, cosmetics, baby and home items - eight categories so travelers know exactly what they are carrying.

HOW PAYMENT WORKS
You agree the delivery fee directly with the traveler. Tezly does not process the payment and takes no commission, so there are no hidden fees.

Tezly uses in-app credits for two things only: sending an offer and starting a new conversation. New users receive free credits on sign-up. Creating listings, chatting in existing conversations and completing deliveries never cost credits.
