Ratings and reviews

Poor customer support. If you have technical issues, you're largely on your own. There is no live support option, only email, and responses are slow and not very helpful. I've been unable to use the app for weeks and still haven't received a resolution. As a paying customer, I expected better support and follow-up. I would recommend looking at alternatives such as Zing

Great app, great idea and there is a big demand for such a app. My comments are as follows. - Doesn't work well with android auto. - although 24Six has a huge variety of songs it is still missing a lot of common popular albums. (I'm sure it'll be added soon) - Price should be a little or a lot cheaper especially now when it's still new. - Having the possibility to sign up on the app would make life much easier.

It's a great app filling a real need. They're constantly working on new improvements. Kudos to that! Areas for improvement: There is no play button to instantly start playing shuffle of songs. When I open app, I want to instantly play music, but I first have to select a specific song. Not great UX at all. Stories should be tagged differently. Random chapter of story should not be playing in middle of music feed. The feed algorithm definitely needs improvement! I'll raise stars when improved.
