Great idea that has been executed very well. The interface is intuitive and the customer care is friendly and competent. They also do a great job of incorporating new shows fairly quickly. The only major nitpicks I have are not being able to set notifications only for specific theater sections and not being able to bookmark or cross out certain listings resulting in having to go through all the listings each time.

The app is a great concept, when it works. I've run into several glitches like "unexpected error please try again". Support team is responsive, but can't fix this intermittent issue. I've lost several opportunities to buy tickets, as you have to be extremely quick for a hot show like Hamilton with Leslie Odom Jr. Also, sometimes when you receive notifications to your phone and open them, it doesn't always take you directly to the tickets, so you lose time trying to locate the offer again.

Great way to sell/buy Broadway tickets. I've sold an extra ticket(s) 4x so far with no issues. Great community. Edit: After a couple months of use, I've realized that your "watch list notifications" is glitchy at best. I get notifications of the show/price points I've chosen, but the moment I get the notification and open the app, it'll say that the listing was sold 10m-4h prior. In essence, I'd have to stay on the app and keep refreshing to even have a chance to buy a ticket.
