this app used to be good. been trying to reach customer service since November and have gotten no response. Just got the "payment reminder" email... Ima tell my bank to stop all payments to them. sent an email to cancel, they won't respond. The service is good but only when you can actually get service. I may need to contact an attorney for breach of contract as well since due to my service not happening and not being able to reach customer service, I had issues during the holiday.

I was sceptical at first, but this is a great service. They come to me and perform the services. No more wasting time waiting for a rotation or to get tires put on. Literally, took them about 30 minutes to put new tires on my car, all while I was working. They keep track of when I need a rotation, through the app and then they come to me. Costs slightly more than a new set of tires every 2 years, but more than makes it up on service.

This review has nothing to do with the app functionality, funny enough, or even their services, but rather their product. I signed up two years ago in Denver, paying $60/month for performance grade tires. Installation was simple and quick, though they pumped my tires to 45psi that were rated for 36psi max. Within a few days, I hit a pothole (common out here) and it was flat in a block. I figured this was a fluke occurrence, it was not. Nine flats in 19 months. Bought my own tires. Unacceptable.
