UGC Planner is the brand deals CRM for UGC creators and influencers. Track every brand deal and collab from the first DM to paid, deliver your content with one link, send invoices and see what you actually made, in one planner instead of spreadsheets, notes, calendars and DMs.

BRAND DEALS AND COLLABS, FROM FIRST DM TO PAID
• Add a deal by voice: say the brand, deliverables, rate and deadline, then check and save. Voice Fill works for events, reminders and expenses too.
• Move each brand deal from Outreach sent to Paid, through statuses like Contract signed, Revisions requested and Awaiting payment.
• Keep the brief, collab type (Paid, Gifted, Gift Card, Affiliate or PR), deliverables, rates, revision notes and package tracking on the deal.
• Add usage rights with duration, channels, exclusivity and whitelisting, and pitch a renewal before they expire.
• Keep a brand directory with every collab and what each brand paid you.

• Turn downloads on or off for each link.
• Get notified when the link is opened, a video is played or a file is downloaded.
• Watermark photos with the UGC Planner logo, or your own text on Pro.
• 2 GB of storage on Base, 10 GB on Pro, plus password-protected and expiring links on Pro.

INVOICES FROM YOUR DEALS
• Generate an invoice right from the deal. When a paid deal reaches Approved, UGC Planner offers to create it.
• Classic template on every plan. Soft Beauty, Mono Minimal, Boutique and a custom design from a photo of your invoice on Pro.
• Add bank or PayPal details and your tax ID, email the PDF to the brand and mark it paid.

MULTI-DEVICE SYNC
With Cloud Data enabled, supported business records stay in sync across your signed-in devices. Photos, receipts, attachments, portfolio and media-kit assets, imported files, and custom artwork remain on the device where they were created.

REFERRAL PROGRAM
Eligible creators can join the UGC Planner Referral Program, share a personal invitation link or code, and track their referral activity and commission progress. Commissions apply only to qualifying referred subscriptions and are subject to the Referral Program Terms.

A Base or Pro subscription is required. Eligible new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. Some features require Pro. Pricing is shown before purchase and may vary by country. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled and can be managed in Google Play.
