Was a complete waste of money. I bought the 4 day pass thinking I would get refunded the difference if I ended up not using it much. There is no money back guarantee if you don't get your value's worth from it. you have to use it at least 3 times a day for a partial refund. Don't advertise this on your site then when you are buying the pass! It was the whole reason I bought 4 days when 2 of those days were partial travel days. Customer service is non existent and is just a chat bot. Don't buy!

I tried using on vacation. bought several passes on the app only to find they were not there when needed. i spent 5 hours with chat and support to get nowhere. the credit card told me that they require security verification which the app does not support at all. i tried credit card, PayPal, Google pay, all work and were instantly charged back. a browser worked perfectly. the app is also useless in telling you that the plans are not the same, both support 39 places, but are different, like shedd aquarium is only all access. good luck seeing that in the app. just don't use this garbage app.

Easy to navigate, but I would recommend using it as a guide to buy from official places instead. Bought the 7 event pass thinking it would be good for 7 events. But then you have to think about the purse limit. If you exceed it, they won't let you use it, but if you are under the limit, that's money lost on your end. Would've saved money going directly through the official sites. USE FOR A REFFERACE FOR ATTRACTIONS, DONT BUY THE PASS!
