Vasly isn't a listings site. It's the spreadsheet you'd make yourself, if you had the patience.

Most property apps want to rent or sell you a property. Vasly just helps you decide between the ones you're already considering. Score every place 0, 1, or 3 across the categories that matter to you - kitchen, light, commute, whatever. The math is reproducible. The conversation is honest.

When two raters score the same place, the gap between their scores becomes a halo around the dot on the chart. Bigger spread, bigger halo. You see exactly where you disagree before the lease is signed.

Because 2 lets people hedge. The jump from 1 to 3 forces a real answer: is this a feature you're excited about, or one you can live with? The honesty is the product.

★ Blueprint building reports (Plus)
Plus members get a Blueprint report for any address, built entirely from free, official public data. Major US cities get an A-F building grade and a 0 to 100 score. Across roughly 30 countries you get area, planning, and hazard signals: flood and seismic risk, zoning and permits, the building register, and more. No grade is invented where the data is not there.
