Ad spam everywhere. Every time you launch the app, ads. When you go to new pages, ads. I already paid for your product, I won't be spammed with more ads. Also, everything takes way more clicks and menuing to accomplish than it should. Other probe apps aren't so bloated and spammy. It also has an option to save your custom temps, but it never does and you need to spend far more time than necessary setting up the most basic cook. This is a bad, bad app.

Total nightmare to install. Tech support didn't really help. once I got it installed ( you need to set up an account) couldn't find any way to do something simple, like set a desired temperature to be notified. Instead the procedure is to select the food, then it tells you how to prepare it, even how to put coal in the grill, seriously? How about providing an app that lets you choose the temperature and alerts you when it's done or when you're within a certain temperature. Seriously Bad.

Excellent product. It makes smoking my bacon easy. Right away upon my 1st use of the Chef IQ thermometer I was blown away on its ease of use, and the bacon came out perfect every bit (I smoke 50+lbs at a time). User interface makes set it and forget it easy. it's wifi, pairing Bluetooth, it speaks and keeps you up to date every step of the way. MOST DEFINATELY DO RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
