horrible! no customer support. app cannot find my booking. chat function in app cannot pop out. tickets for the flight is unknown if it's booked or not. no response and super slow response. called hotline and ended in voicemail. seriously very lousy. not worth the slightly better price.

.I had booked a ticket. The amount was deducted, but the ticket wasn't booked. Now they are saying that the refund will be processed, but I haven't received it yet. I need to book another ticket urgently.

I have purchased a ticket from kolkata to bagdogra and back at the end of May. But due to the corona situation I want to cancel the ticket. Whenever I am going to the cancellation option, the display is showing "loading form" and the cursor is going round and round. I kept the display on for one hour to see if any form appears. But nothing appeared. I tried it several times but everytime it failed. There is no problem in my net connection. Next I tried to contact via team by chat. No response.
