FREQUENTLY ASKED
Do I have to send e-invoices as a tradesperson in Germany? Every business must be able to receive them since 2025. Mandatory sending arrives 2027/2028 — small businesses under § 19 UStG stay exempt. More and more commercial clients already demand e-invoices today. With vuco you're ready.
What about XRechnung? XRechnung and ZUGFeRD are two formats of the same standard, EN 16931. vuco creates ZUGFeRD invoices: a normal PDF with embedded invoice data that any customer can read.
Does vuco replace my invoicing software? vuco is trade software for your phone: time tracking, quotes, invoices and payment status in one app — built for one-person businesses without an office.
