Yulu zones are located at all the appropriate locations (including metro stations, bus stands, office spaces, residential areas, corporate offices, etc.) to make those first and last-mile journeys smooth, affordable, and convenient!

We understand that you value your safety above everything else in these unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, our field staff sanitises all Yulu vehicles several times a day. While handling the vehicles, our field staff practices all safety precautions like wearing masks, gloves, and washing hands frequently. Additionally, each vehicle has a "Last Sanitised" stamp on the app, informing you when it was last disinfected.

Wondering how you can get on this mission with us? It's as easy as taking a Yulu ride.
Download the Yulu App & pay a one-time refundable deposit. Then, locate the nearest Yulu Zone and unlock a Yulu by scanning the QR code to enjoy your smooth & easy ride!
You can pause your ride by simply tapping the "Pause" button on the app & resume by tapping "Resume."
Return the vehicle to a Yulu Zone, lock it, and hit "End Ride" on the app to end your ride.

Riding a Yulu doesn't require a driver's license, but we strongly recommend you follow the traffic rules.

One of the worst applications I have ever seen. Any amount added to balance is set to non withdrawable. This means you loose money if you don't plan to continue. Weird thing is, even when you are in the zone it would detect that you are out of zone switching off the vehicle for you randomly without warning. That's such a big issue which can cause bigger mishap. I really wish someone there were to understand how bad they are doing.

If there was zero star, I would prefer to use that. Pathetic app and customer service . Basic functionality like ending ride doesn't work and then you wait for customer executive to help you. Meanwhile if you move away from the place ( obviously you will not be standing on road ) , they will ask you to send picture. Good Concept but Worst app.

I have been using Yulu miracle from past 3 months, the quality of the vehicle is reducing gradually, in my last 3 Rides vehicle stopped in between the ride multiple times, I used yulu for convience, but instead it became a burden for me. The number of vehicles per zone and area has dropped significantly. Customer support: The reply from the customer support is very slow and they don't respond on time. Totally disappointed! The team needs to refine and bring back the quality of service.
