Yulu is India's leading micro-mobility service provider, which offers unique vehicles for the daily commute. Starting off as a mission to eliminate traffic congestion in India, Yulu provides the safest commute solution through a user-friendly mobile app to enable sustainable commuting.
Yulu zones are located at all the appropriate locations (including metro stations, bus stands, office spaces, residential areas, corporate offices, etc.) to make those first and last-mile journeys smooth, affordable, and convenient!

We understand that you value your safety above everything else in these unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, our field staff sanitises all Yulu vehicles several times a day. While handling the vehicles, our field staff practices all safety precautions like wearing masks, gloves, and washing hands frequently. Additionally, each vehicle has a "Last Sanitised" stamp on the app, informing you when it was last disinfected.

Wondering how you can get on this mission with us? It's as easy as taking a Yulu ride.
Download the Yulu App & pay a one-time refundable deposit. Then, locate the nearest Yulu Zone and unlock a Yulu by scanning the QR code to enjoy your smooth & easy ride!
You can pause your ride by simply tapping the "Pause" button on the app & resume by tapping "Resume."
Return the vehicle to a Yulu Zone, lock it, and hit "End Ride" on the app to end your ride.

Riding a Yulu doesn't require a driver's license, but we strongly recommend you follow the traffic rules.

The vehicles need a better braking system and the UI of the app needs improvement, it doesn't show all the yulu zones and sometimes when I park inside the zone, it shows that I have parked it outside. Also, there are some zones which are still not registered on the app but are present.

Yulu is very worst app. When I booked yulu after some time it's power gets down and it's stops between road in running stage. Then I tried to restart that app is asking me for update. If I cancelled updation they are not allowing me to end ride or pause ride. Then after some time After updating app it showed me to tap for power option. After riding 1.5. Km again it stops between road. And they don't have facility to end ride when battery is down. In 2.5 km travelling it's stops more than25 times

I was forced to add money and the vehicles were either booked longterm or broken, and my money was not refunded. I was asked to go yo the other end of city to fetch vehicle. This vehicle is not even reserved for me, i.e, it is completely possible that i reach there and fhe vehicle is not present. Which is waste of time. This is very poorly executed. I had wanted to try the service because it was available on spot, but now I have not evwn got the service and lost money.
