Yulu is India's leading micro-mobility service provider, which offers unique vehicles for the daily commute. Starting off as a mission to eliminate traffic congestion in India, Yulu provides the safest commute solution through a user-friendly mobile app to enable sustainable commuting.
Yulu zones are located at all the appropriate locations (including metro stations, bus stands, office spaces, residential areas, corporate offices, etc.) to make those first and last-mile journeys smooth, affordable, and convenient!

We understand that you value your safety above everything else in these unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, our field staff sanitises all Yulu vehicles several times a day. While handling the vehicles, our field staff practices all safety precautions like wearing masks, gloves, and washing hands frequently. Additionally, each vehicle has a "Last Sanitised" stamp on the app, informing you when it was last disinfected.

Wondering how you can get on this mission with us? It's as easy as taking a Yulu ride.
Download the Yulu App & pay a one-time refundable deposit. Then, locate the nearest Yulu Zone and unlock a Yulu by scanning the QR code to enjoy your smooth & easy ride!
You can pause your ride by simply tapping the "Pause" button on the app & resume by tapping "Resume."
Return the vehicle to a Yulu Zone, lock it, and hit "End Ride" on the app to end your ride.

Riding a Yulu doesn't require a driver's license, but we strongly recommend you follow the traffic rules.

It has been 5 days since I deposited money to rent a bike, and I've been checking the app frequently to purchase a rental plan. However, every time I try to buy a plan, it shows "Sold out." This has been the case for the entire 5 days. When I called the Yulu centre in Kondapur, the representative told me, "It's your mistake! Many people have been able to buy a package, so if you're having trouble, it's because you're not checking the app properly!" I find this response completely unreasonable!

This company provides a very poor service. I rented a bike for one week and paid a ₹500 deposit. Even after returning the bike on time, it has been two weeks and my deposit has still not been refunded. The condition of the bike was extremely bad. It was slower than a regular bicycle and barely moved—walking would have been better than using their bike. On top of that, their behavior towards customers is very rude and unprofessional. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. I demand an

WORST Service, Constant Delays, and Incredibly Rude Staff - AVOID THIS APP! This was, without a doubt, the worst rental experience I have ever had. I received a call telling me the bike was ready and to come pick it up immediately. I arrived only to be told to wait, which quickly escalated into a chaotic TWO-HOUR delay filled with vague excuses Like charged batteries are not available. i think it's Solely Made For Delivery boys Only because The Staff Behaviour was quite rude. Will never Install
