The project was created on September 1, 2022 in its first version. The reason was the creation of a complex system for checking several websites at the same time, omitting advertising on these portals. The user thus chooses what interests him without visiting several websites.
Already from the name XOBEC we can tell that the main source of information and news are the cities, municipalities and self-governing regions themselves, where greater emphasis is placed on the information presented. The portal also tries to be closer to people and replaces the functions of sites that do not have, for example, mobile display or the possibility of dimming. So you can read what you need easily and quickly without being disturbed.
