About this app

Bob's 27, the darts game invented by Bob Anderson that measures the ability to shoot doubles.
The game has very simple rules but it is not easy, beginners may find some difficulty and finish the game very quickly.
The app is free and does not require an internet connection.
We start with an initial score (set at 27 points), we start by shooting at double 1 and then advance in sequence up to the DBull (red bull). For each hit double its value is added to the initial score, if the double is not hit (even with three arrows) the value of the double is subtracted only once from the initial score. The game ends if you manage to shoot in the red Bull or if the initial score drops to 0.

Practical example:
I start with 27 points, I hit the D1 with two darts (twice D1 is 4 points). The score is now at 31. I move on to D2, missed with all three arrows, the score is now at 27. I shoot at D3, also missed, I'm at 21 points... and so on towards the humiliating 0 or towards the winning DBull.

The game is not easy and requires great skill in shooting doubles. A novice player probably won't even get to shoot towards the DBull.

The app allows you to play singles or challenge a friend in doubles. The app also keeps track of each player's best score and keeps track of the results of the games played. In the final summary of the match, the doubles are shown with the number of arrows hitting the target, as well as the target reached and the final score.
To get an idea of the final score, consider that hitting all the doubles three times will bring the final score to 1437 points.
Test your ability to hit doubles, challenge your friends and achieve the highest score possible.
Good game.
