The courier didn't even message or call to us. the tracking number is not even updating, its been 2x failed deliveries. my wife is only at home, not going anywhere.

PRoblem with app not opening, have to re install everytime i need to check where is my delivery is. Also they failed to deliver my item 2 times already. It was out December 2, until now December 14 it hasn't reach me yet. They said expect the delivery 2-3 days. I think my item will never be delivered to me at this point. And it was an importent item too, it was a credit card from BDO.
