DON'T BOOK IN THIS APP IF YOU DON'T WANT TO REBOOK AND REFUND IN MAIN TICKETING BOOTH IN THE PHILIPPINE PORT..... BECAUSE I HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS AND IT IS A HUSSLE. IF YOU WANT TO BOOK, REFUND AND REBOOK IT'S BETTER IN PHYSICAL AUTHORIZED 2GO TICKETING BOOTH NEAR YOU.... THAT IS ALL!!!!

The app crashes, somehow thinking that it was now stable I started to book, done with the payment thru e-wallet, and, now that I need to go back to this app it crashed and I won't be able to open it anymore. I have to uninstall and install it again, checked the transaction that I have done but the payment was still in process despite the fact that we were deducted in our account.
