I booked for 3HC but due to some sort of delays, we weren't on boarded. I'ts totally fine since we requested a refund instead of rebooking, I can't stand how much the refund will only be, it's just only 30% of your whole trip which is not fair enough with their agreements. Btw to cut the long story short almost 6 months passed by but I haven't received any notices with regards to my money credited to my banks. Worst experience with their services.

Both the website and the app are non-functional. The website is always unavailable and suggests that I use the app instead. That’s why I downloaded the app. However, the app takes a long time—almost 15 to 30 minutes—to open, and sometimes it doesn’t open at all. My app is always up to date, and my internet connection is stable, so I infer that the problem lies with the app itself. I won't change my rating until the problem is solved.

worst customer service ever!!!!! Do not use this app, if you have issues with your booking their customer service is useless. Their hotline is unreachable, they won't respond to your email. once they get your money, they won't care anymore.
