PRoblem with app not opening, have to re install everytime i need to check where is my delivery is. Also they failed to deliver my item 2 times already. It was out December 2, until now December 14 it hasn't reach me yet. They said expect the delivery 2-3 days. I think my item will never be delivered to me at this point. And it was an importent item too, it was a credit card from BDO.

this apps is very easy and convenient but my experience when i'm onboard other crew is pool i'm long time in line to take my food on Horizon Cafe and it's my turn already to take my meal but crew skip me and they entertain next to me and waiting more than 30 minutes and not still entertained yet and i'm setting down to chair and still waiting must be 1st come 1st serve

this app really sucks, I keep on tracking my shipment since December 20, 2025 but it said it's taking up the package and until now there's no update at all. I better go and visit the receier hub and ask the contact number because this app is not updating me. totally unreliable. I am disappointed for this.
