Both the website and the app are non-functional. The website is always unavailable and suggests that I use the app instead. That’s why I downloaded the app. However, the app takes a long time—almost 15 to 30 minutes—to open, and sometimes it doesn’t open at all. My app is always up to date, and my internet connection is stable, so I infer that the problem lies with the app itself. I won't change my rating until the problem is solved.

d app has a clean interface and booking was initially smooth. However, I encountered a confusing issue my booking was marked successful, but later showed as expired in the app. I had to contact customer support for clarification, which took extra time and effort. It would be great if the booking status could be more reliable and synced properly in real time. I hope future updates improve this experience. Your customer service wasn't responding to the issue. Even you contact number cant reach out

Disturbing, I made my booking Zamboanga to Manila on apps and I cannot add my scooter on apps very limited options, now trying to open the apps telling me updates needed and when it directs me here nothing to update. Beside I received a text my booking was canceled due to typhons I went to 2GO office for refund but they cannot help. only rebooking.
