The Care Team can securely share vital information with each other anytime, anywhere. This Team Care approach helps facilitate and expedite care delivery. The “Patient-named” Collaborative Chat Groups can function like an ad-hoc Health Record where all chats, files, images, videos, and link can be shared within the secured group and archived for future reference. I've really found this app to be helpful. However, I've also had some glitches where I was unable to get messages through or received when I needed them. Had to uninstall and re-install and it had fixed the problem for now.
