Truthlytics: A Platform for Independent Journalism

Mission Statement:

At Truthlytics, our mission is to create a platform for independent journalism that champions humanitarian values, free speech, and democracy. We provide a space for experts—both academic and non-academic—who bring well-researched, thoughtful perspectives to the most pressing global issues. Aligned with leading NGOs and committed to the highest standards of integrity, Truthlytics offers in-depth analysis, investigative reporting, and diverse viewpoints on matters that impact human rights, civil liberties, and democratic governance. We believe that informed discourse, rooted in expertise and driven by a commitment to justice, is essential to creating a more equitable and free society.

Platform Description:

Truthlytics is dedicated to promoting independent journalism free from political and corporate influences, focusing on critical issues that truly matter: humanitarian crises, freedom of expression, and the defense of democratic values. We collaborate with experts who are deeply knowledgeable in their fields, ensuring that all content meets rigorous quality standards and is backed by research. Whether they are academics, activists, or professionals with specialized experience, our contributors offer nuanced insights into topics often underreported or misrepresented in mainstream media.

Truthlytics’ core focus areas include:

Humanitarian Issues: Covering global humanitarian challenges, refugee crises, and human rights abuses, in partnership with organizations like the UN, UNHCR, and Amnesty International.
Free Speech and Civil Liberties: Defending freedom of expression and the right to information, featuring perspectives aligned with groups like Reporters Without Borders and Freedom House.
Democracy and Governance: Providing in-depth analysis on democratic processes, political freedoms, and the fight against corruption, with insights informed by organizations like Transparency International and the Carter Center.
We emphasize collaboration with like-minded NGOs and institutions to elevate the global discourse around these critical topics. Our content spans various formats—long-form articles, opinion pieces, podcasts, interviews, and video content—designed to engage, inform, and inspire action.

Ratings and reviews

App functionality is lacking the ability to quick share/get a link directly to articles. Editors and Authors are questionable since all of the real journalists have resigned OR been terminated. Just not an entity worth trusting to find the truth. Can not recommend. Edit to add response to the producer: I never collaborated with the app or project, only used the app as a news/op-ed source.

Great source of information. Well written articles that tell the truth about history and current events.
