Update: They charge you "maintenance" fee every month if you don't use the app!? Disappointing. Trying to get as much as it can. You lose more crypto and peso than earning it. The buying rate is ALWAYS high and the selling price is ALWAYS low. The conversion rate is not real time. Support assistance is not good, they cannot provide concise answers, and then they close your ticket asap. If there is only another local app other than this. Use TrustWallet instead - but you need to use dollars.

I haven't received the money sent to my coins.ph account from GCash through instapay but for unknown reasons, the funds still not credited to my account and many hours have past. What a terrible experience! Customer Support takes forever to resppnd, no chat, they also have no contact number that can be called in case an issue is encountered that requires urgent resolution. Coins.ph sucks!!!

Don't use this app to store your money. The app is buggy especially with money transfer! Support takes days to respond, I've been trying to send money to another bank for three days now, but can't complete because otp is not getting sent to my number. Until now this issue has not been resolved, support only responded once in my three days of follow up.
