Had a problem with the address verification. Your team needs to read the documents thoroughly. I was declined at first, told my details are incomplete on my uploaded Meralco bill and birth cert. I then had to edit and label each part of the documents so they know where to locate the details, resent and it got approved finally. Also, I wish the cash-in from banks would be automated so we won't have to wait to get it verified by a person. Overall a great app, just needs to be more convenient.

I had high hopes for this app. But the verification process is such a hassle. Especially when the app can't distinguish between "uploading" and "taking a photo", and you have only a smartphone and the only valid ID you have is a digital copy that's in the same device. Not very convenient.
