This app is designed to be used with current Astro Loyalty retailers and their customers.

Astro Loyalty exclusively supports independent local pet product retailers and the customers who shop there. We are committed to the people, brands, and furkids that support local indy retail. Astro is not available to big-box or exclusive e-commerce retailers. Thank you for your support!

How it works:

This app is an extension of retailers who have subscribed to Astro Loyalty to manage their frequent buyer and loyalty programs. With this app a consumer can:

Check the status of your Frequent Buyer Cards.
View great specials and promotions available at your Astro retailer.
Receive notifications from your Astro retailer.
Check the status of your loyalty points.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO CUSTOMERS - The Astro app is only for Astro Retailers and their customers. The Astro app provides access to your frequent purchase status only if your retailer is on Astro. Email is used to identify you as the retailer customer. If your retailer has not entered your email in your Astro Loyalty record, the Astro APP will not work. Please contact your Astro Retailer for more information.

Astro is only available through participating retailers. If your retailer is not yet signed on, tell them you want Astro!

this app doesn't allow you to access anything if you happen to click on a store. you get stuck in notifications permanently. I can not access any deals from any other merchant even for a new discount. very frustrating. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but it doesn't offer all of my stores on my email address. but at least that got me out of notifications. 😒😥

Very buggy. One out of two times I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work. When it actually does work, though, it's fine. Sometimes glitches out trying to get the menu options to pop up, though.

Great way to keep in touch and up to date on local pat store. However, you don't have a way to change or add different stores. We've moved and signed up at a different pet store but cannot change from our former one. Otherwise this would rate 5 stars.
