Always looking for a core temperature and just not there? No more searching the internet for the right core temperature. Create your own favorites list with temperatures that you need regularly. A real relief. As a hobby or professional chef.
The app starts and your temperatures are there immediately. Without annoying advertising.
Meat parts are divided into 10 categories plus: Optimal dough temperature, calculate bulk liquid for yeast dough and a sugar caramelization table.
Each piece of meat has up to 5 cooking levels that can be selected individually. Unwanted cooking levels and categories can be hidden. Our app is available in the following languages: German, English and Dutch.
Brief preparation examples and a recommended temperature are available for some meat cuts and are expanded almost daily. The core temperatures are supported with over 200 photos.
