Paula is the intelligent solution for more security in your own four walls. The Paula system recognizes your daily routines based on your household's electricity consumption. If your power consumption is unusually high or low, Paula will ask you. If there is no response, the contact persons provided will be informed immediately. Paula reduces the risk of falls going unnoticed at home and takes the pressure off everyone who cares for you. This means your everyday life remains undisturbed and your loved ones can relax.
Paula works in the background, protects your privacy and works without any additional devices or emergency call buttons. Thanks to the simple installation, you can quickly secure your entire household. Whether you're old or young, with Paula you'll be sure to live in familiar surroundings - the way you want.

The most important functions:

1. Notification of deviations from everyday routines
Based on electricity consumption, Paula recognizes when usual routines – such as turning on the coffee machine or cooking on the stove – are not taking place. In such cases you will receive a push notification. If you don't receive a response, your stored contacts will be informed immediately - discreetly and reliably.

2. Clear notification history
All events are saved in a clearly structured history. Registered people can keep track of things at all times and understand when and why a notification was triggered. This ensures maximum transparency and security.

3. Managing your contacts
In the Paula app you can store the people you trust and adjust them at any time - whether family, neighbors or carers. In the event of an emergency, they are notified immediately and can react quickly.

4. Helpful tips for more security at home
Paula supports you with practical recommendations to make your home safer - from simple measures such as removing tripping hazards to technical solutions for even more protection. This means you can stay independent in your usual environment for longer.

In order to use all the functions of the Paula app, you need the Paula Smart Box. It records your household's electricity consumption and enables intelligent detection of deviations in your routines.
You can use the app without a Smart Box, but without the automatic recognition of everyday routines and notification of unusual changes.
