Ratings and reviews

Nice service overall, but interface can be challenging. In particular I can't find a way to check the history of transactions for a particular stock. I can only look at transactions from couple of days ago (does it have to be in separate tabs?), but can't see the stock price and quantity for old transactions, I have to search through my email for the corresponding notifications.

The mobile app is a little cumbersome, and oddly a few key controls are missing from the app (like DRIP settings for individual holdings)... But far better than other brokerages I've used. I wish they wouldn't hold deposited funds unnecessarily after an ACH transfer completes (5 days after the transfer has completed seems very excessive to me.) Customer service takes a day or two to respond, which isn't ideal when others offer quicker service and response times.

I've had no issues. A few sign in glitches. But once you're in you're in. Fairly user friendly interface. Maybe not as easy as Webull, but pretty close and... I have a few Webull reservations. I haven't tried the brand new desktop workstation, as I think I accidentally downloaded one of their older, archaic desktop things. So I can't speak to that yet. Also. I'm a newbie investor. Not a pro here.

What's new

Introducing One-Cancels-Another (OCA) orders. From the order ticket, place two or more orders where if one order fills, the others are automatically cancelled or reduced. With OCA orders, you can create complex trading strategies and find the perfect opportunity to enter or exit the market.
