Ratings and reviews

Not able to connect during peak hours. It happened several times already. I just can't believe it. Better to have a backup broker, in case you can't close your position, at least you CA hedge with the other account. update 2026: what a stupid app. the so called price protection algorithm prevented my from closing position betting at earning until price bottomed out at 17%. I understand the risk of betting at earning, but do not out of nowhere being considered and prohibited me closing positions.

keeps crashing lately on latest version. whenever I put in any ticker it says that spreads are not supported. It could be something simple like Microsoft. it says this for any. force stop and reopen, sometimes it will work okay for a little bit, but then eventually it gets back to the state where it does not allow you to load any option spreads.

They say if it ain't broke don't fix it. This was the best options trading app. The tech guys messed up this app so bad now. Complex options stratgies won't show bid/ask prices, plus,minus button work half the time to change pricing on order page. POP not shown and analysis is wrong when market is cllosed., I can write 10 more things what are wrong now and were peefect before. What a ness you guys nade.
