keeps crashing lately on latest version. whenever I put in any ticker it says that spreads are not supported. It could be something simple like Microsoft. it says this for any. force stop and reopen, sometimes it will work okay for a little bit, but then eventually it gets back to the state where it does not allow you to load any option spreads.

I just wanted to use paper trading but setting up a live account is required and then they automatically set up a separate account for paper trading in the background without telling you and make to hard to access it. and even though I only need the paper trade I was denied access to certain types of trades like metals so I can't do it in the paper account. very unintuitive, poor design.

Absolutely do not install, i'm warning you. App runs and looks like trash. They'll charge you additional fees just for using their platform, substantial ones too, during a trade and after per share exchanged. Horrible company. Only decent thing on this platform is the news section, and can't be accessed on the mobile platform the same way and even that is a mess because you can't filter it and the majority of the news will be useless. I'm warning you DO NOT INSTALL/OPEN AN ACCOUNT.
