App unable to open at all after the last update. Stuck at the allhomes logo page.

app currently stuck on the loading screen. update: still not getting past the allhomes load screen. tested on two different devices, has been going on for over a week.

Worked perfectly for years. Now in August 2026 Has stopped working. App freezes on start up red screen. Will not progress any further. Can you fix this issue?
