Bad Experience. Does this app do the job? yes find good prices for select places. Can you find better deals for the same hotels? 100% as other people stated. The terrible Customer service is by far the worst I have experience. This company tries to aspire to a luxury escape for a fraction of the price but when it comes to helping customers the service is subpar. Might as well book with expedia, as someone else mentioned better prices there and in me experience better service.

The app doesn't serve justice to the "price match up" challenge. I could find the same deal on the other site with 50% of the cost offered and they didn't match up the price because they had 2 extra add on's. One is 4 course dinner and other is 15% discount of f&b. This happened after I booked so I couldn't cancel. And the reply given by the service team was very unacceptable. Very disappointed with luxury escapes.
