(2/22/2025) Won't allow me to close the app. Forced stop didn't work. Had to uninstall app to close it. (1/26/2024) Won't let you transfer tickets to anyone with a United States phone number. The only friends that appear are people who have phone numbers outside the US. Looks like people have reported the issue since at least 2021. However, they did respond quickly (within 2 hours) and assisted me with transferring the tickets.

I absolutely loathe this app. It is annoying to log onto, intrusive, asks for a bunch of information I don't want to give it. I have it because it is the only way to get tickets to a venue that a friend is performing at. I will absolutely never go to any other events at this venue or any other event that requires this app. It is that infuriating. Do better.

One of, if not the worst, ticketing app I've dealt with. You have to give them access to your contacts to add friends, you have to add friends to share tickets, and they better have the right format in your contacts otherwise you can't add them. It wants permissions to far too many aspects of your phone, which makes it seem very shady. We only used it because we had to. I'm deleting it now.
