With the Evercare app, members can effortlessly:

· Book and manage appointments
· Conduct in-app telehealth calls
· Message your extended-hours care team
· Manage your prescriptions and request repeats
· Send requests straight to your doctor for scripts, blood tests, medical certificates and referral letters
· Stay informed with proactive notifications regarding your health needs
