FleetFlow is a complete compliance platform made up of two parts:
• FleetFlow Mobile App (for drivers)
• FleetFlow Web Platform (for operators & administrators)
Together, they deliver a full Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and heavy vehicle compliance (NHVAS & WA HVA) solution for transport operators in Australia.
With the FleetFlow driver app, drivers can quickly capture full audit-compliant records, even when offline.

• Raise fault reports with photos, GPS location, and notes, then track repairs.

• Work seamlessly out of signal range with automatic upload when reconnected.

To get started with this app, your organisation must first have a FleetFlow web portal account. Once set up, drivers will receive an invite from their administrator to log in.
