FleetFlow is heavy vehicle compliance software for Australian transport operators. It runs the driver's whole shift — and turns it into the compliance record your business needs.

FleetFlow is made up of two parts:
• FleetFlow Mobile App — for drivers and workshop staff
• FleetFlow Web Platform — for operators, schedulers and compliance officers

Together they give transport operators a connected Chain of Responsibility (CoR) record, supporting Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (HVA), WA HVA, and NHVAS through the transition period.

FleetFlow captures and stores images of your written work diary pages as a record-keeping and checking tool. It is not an approved Electronic Work Diary. Drivers must continue to keep their work diary as required by law.

GETTING STARTED
Your organisation needs a FleetFlow web platform account. Once set up, drivers receive an invitation from their administrator to log in.
